I am a clinical child psychologist and associate professor at Fordham University. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and disruptive behavior disorders, with subspecialties in selective mutism, ADHD, and oppositional defiant disorder. When working with families, my goal is to implement a collaborative and warm approach where families feel supported in reaching their goals. My extensive experience, coupled with my playful and flexible approach allow me to provide individualized care, prioritizing each families’ values and targeted objectives. An integral facet of my approach is to work with the entire family system, as I believe that each person in a child’s life is an essential member of their treatment team. My aim is for your family to be equipped with evidence-based techniques that enable you to navigate obstacles successfully and confidently. 

I have received extensive training in diagnostic assessments and clinical interventions for both the home and school settings. I provide behavioral parent training and am certified in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). These modalities allow me to help foster positive parent-child relationships and healthy family dynamics. I am also certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy Adapted for selective mutism (PCIT-SM) and specialize in treatment of selective mutism and social anxiety. Moreover, my school psychology background provides me with the unique knowledge and skillset to support children in the school environment. As such, I provide school-based clinical care including trainings and consultation to school staff, and I collaborate with the school to develop classroom-wide and student specific interventions.
